Track your order: After you place your order, we will send an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package step by step. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping delays: We always strive to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or peak season.

Returns & Exchanges

Easy 14-day return policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund or an exchange.

Return process: Contact our customer support to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label.

Conditions: The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the item.

Exchanges: Need a different size or have you received a defective product? We are happy to exchange it at no extra cost.

Refunds: Once we have received your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that it may take up to 3 banking days after your refund is processed for it to appear in your bank account.
