What is a dupe perfume?
A dupe perfume is a fragrance created to imitate a more expensive or well-known brand perfume. It offers a similar scent experience, allowing more people to enjoy luxurious fragrances at a lower price. By offering these perfumes at a more affordable price, the high costs often associated with major brands' marketing and profit margins are avoided.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will respond to all inquiries within 24 business days during this time. Please do not send messages in multiple formats as they will be answered in the order they are received.

Where are you based?
We are based in Sweden.

What is a Designer Inspiration?
It is a product inspired by a stated designer perfume, NOT a replica or copy. This should not be confused.

What type of fragrance are they?
All our products are Parfum, which is the strongest fragrance available.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
We only use vegan fragrance oils, and of course, they are cruelty-free! We wouldn't have it any other way.

Are they safe to spray on clothes?
Since there is a higher oil distribution to make them longer lasting, we recommend with ALL perfumes, not just Hypedfragrance
perfumes, that you take care when applying to clothes. You do this at your own risk, of course.

How should I store my fragrances?
Please note that all fragrances must be stored out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.

Can I use multiple discount codes simultaneously?
Unfortunately, we do not allow multiple discount codes to be used simultaneously.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, all our shipping is automatic, so we cannot edit or cancel an order once it has been placed.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 8:00 AM Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. You will receive your package within 5-12 business days.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 8:00 AM), Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

When will my order arrive?
Normal delivery within Sweden is between 5-10 business days. During campaign periods, Black Friday, and Christmas, this may take a little longer.

Where is my order?
Please check your tracking link sent via email at the time of dispatch (may be in your junk/spam folder).

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged bottles, ensuring the bottle number is visible, and send the pictures to our Customer Service team at hypefra@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, damaged cases need to be investigated, so we require sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have informed you that we have completed our investigations. All damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

My order has been incorrectly received, what do I do?
Please check your order confirmation along with the order you have received. If there are any discrepancies, please send an email to hypefra@hotmail.com with a picture of all received items along with the packing slip. All errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what do I do?
No worries, we'll take care of it! Just send an email to hypefra@hotmail.com and let us know your order number. We respond to emails between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What is your return process?
We accept products back within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test one spray or two before returning, but we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 14-day policy, and they will be returned to you. Please note that products purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund, otherwise, we can only offer an exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team at hypefra@hotmail.com for further details.

Where is my refund/exchange?
Please check your return tracking receipt to ensure we have received it and send us a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within one week of receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.

What if I missed the time window for a sale I wanted?
We are always friendly to our customers, so please send an email and our wonderful team will take care of you. Send an email to hypefra@hotmail.com and inform them of your situation. You deserve your favorite fragrances at the best price!
